Alejandro Soto Lacoste Trio – Programm 30+20

Das Alejandro Soto Lacoste Trio wird vom chilenischen Multiinstrumentalisten und Komponisten Alejandro Soto Lacoste geleitet, der seit 2005 in Deutschland lebt. Zum Trio gehören außerdem Ernesto Villalobos (Flöten, Gitarre), seit 2004 in Deutschland ansässig, und Greco Acuña (Percussion). 
Anlässlich von 30 Jahren musikalischer Arbeit in Chile und 20 Jahren künstlerischer Tätigkeit in Deutschland präsentiert das Trio das Programm „30+20“. Es vereint Stücke aus den vier Soloalben von Soto Lacoste (Interiores, Presente, Puente de Luz, El derecho de vivir), Musik aus seiner Jugend in Chile sowie Werke, die in Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen Künstlern entstanden sind. 
Das Programm spiegelt die doppelte kulturelle Identität der Musiker wider: Klänge der lateinamerikanischen Tradition (Anden-Zampoña, Charango, Bombo Legüero, Gitarre und Gesang) treten in Dialog mit Einflüssen aus Rock, Jazz und moderner Liedkunst. 
Neben Eigenkompositionen interpretiert das Trio auch Klassiker von Víctor Jara, Violeta Parra, Mercedes Sosa und verneigt sich vor Lennon & McCartney – als musikalische Brücke zwischen Lateinamerika und Europa. 
„30+20“ ist eine Feier zweier Welten und zweier Lebenswege, die sich auf der Bühne vereinen: Musik, die Grenzen überschreitet und das Publikum auf eine Reise voller Klang, Geschichte, Poesie und Emotion mitnimmt.

The Alejandro Soto Lacoste Trio is led by Chilean multi-instrumentalist and composer Alejandro Soto Lacoste, who has been based in Germany since 2005. The trio also includes Ernesto Villalobos (flutes, guitar), living in Germany since 2004, and Greco Acuña (percussion).
Marking 30 years of musical life in Chile and 20 years of creative work in Germany, the trio presents the program “30+20”. It brings together pieces from Soto Lacoste’s four solo albums (Interiores, Presente, Puente de Luz, El derecho de vivir), music from his youth in Chile, and works created in collaboration with German artists.
The program highlights the group’s dual cultural identity: Latin American roots (Andean flutes, charango, bombo legüero, guitar and voice) in dialogue with rock, jazz and modern songwriting.
Alongside original compositions, the trio also performs classics by Víctor Jara, Violeta Parra, Mercedes Sosa, and pays tribute to Lennon & McCartney, bridging Latin America and Europe.
“30+20” is a celebration of two worlds and two parallel journeys that converge on stage: music that crosses borders and invites the audience on a journey of sound, history, poetry and emotion.

El Alejandro Soto Lacoste Trío es un proyecto liderado por el músico chileno Alejandro Soto Lacoste, multiinstrumentista y compositor que reside en Alemania desde 2005. El trío está integrado además por Ernesto Villalobos (flautas, guitarra), quien vive en Alemania desde 2004, y Greco Acuña (percusión). 
Con motivo de sus 30 años de trayectoria en Chile y 20 años de actividad musical en Alemania, el trío presenta el programa “30+20”, un recorrido que reúne composiciones de sus cuatro discos solistas (Interiores, Presente, Puente de Luz, El derecho de vivir) junto con obras de su etapa juvenil en Chile y colaboraciones desarrolladas en Alemania. 
El programa refleja la doble pertenencia cultural del grupo: la música de raíz latinoamericana (zampoñas andinas, charango, bombo legüero, guitarra y voz) dialoga con influencias del rock, el jazz y la canción contemporánea. 
Además de sus propias composiciones, el trío interpreta clásicos de Víctor Jara, Violeta Parra y Mercedes Sosa, y también incluye en su repertorio un homenaje a Lennon & McCartney, estableciendo un puente entre América Latina y Europa. 
“30+20” es una celebración de dos mundos y de dos trayectorias que confluyen en un mismo escenario: una música que cruza fronteras y que invita al público a un viaje sonoro lleno de historia, poesía y emoción.
